About these terms
Tattofy is provided by its developer, who is shown as the seller on Tattofy’s App Store page (“we”, “us”). By using Tattofy you agree to these terms. If you downloaded Tattofy from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies.
What Tattofy is
Tattofy generates tattoo design concepts from text you provide. The output is a starting point for a conversation with a tattoo artist — it is not a finished stencil and it is not professional or medical advice.
AI-generated designs
Designs are generated by AI. They can contain details you did not ask for, resemble existing artwork, or be too detailed for the size you chose. Review every design with a licensed tattoo artist before getting it tattooed.
Your responsibility
You are responsible for what you ask us to generate and for deciding whether to get a tattoo. Always consult a licensed professional tattoo artist. A tattoo is permanent.
Acceptable use
Do not use the app to create content that is illegal, that sexualises minors, that harasses a person, or that infringes someone else’s rights. Requests may be refused by our systems or by our image provider.
Your designs
You may use the designs you generate for your own personal purposes, including showing them to a tattoo artist. AI-generated images may not be eligible for copyright protection in every jurisdiction.
Allowances
The free version includes 2 designs in total. Premium includes 20 generations every 7 days; unused designs do not carry over.
Subscriptions
Premium is an auto-renewing weekly or annual subscription billed through your Apple ID. The price and billing period are shown before you confirm the purchase, and payment is charged to your Apple ID when you confirm. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Cancel any time in your App Store account settings; deleting the app or your data does not cancel it. Refunds are handled by Apple, not by us.
Restoring purchases
If you reinstall Tattofy or use a new device, tap Restore purchases in Settings or on the Premium screen while signed in with the Apple ID that bought the subscription.
Deleting your data
You can permanently delete your anonymous account and all of its descriptions, prompts and designs at any time in Settings → Delete my data. It does not cancel a subscription; tap Restore purchases afterwards to keep using an active one.
Availability
The service is provided as-is. Generation depends on third-party providers and may occasionally be unavailable or produce results you do not like.
